The Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children (CQHCWC) in Southwest China's Chongqing planned to spend two years to build a world-class perinatal medical center and neonatal research platform, according to CQHCWC officials who announced the project at the First Yangtze-Rhine Neonatal-Perinatal Forum held at the CQHCWC on Oct 18, 2018.
