Li is a chief technician who is currently director of the Laboratory Department of the CQHCWC, vice chairwoman of the Laboratory Medicine Professional Committee of the Chongqing Maternal and Child Hygiene Association, a member of the Laboratory Medicine Branch of the Chongqing Medical Association, Laboratory Doctor Branch of the Chongqing Medical Doctor Association, Clinical Laboratory Management Professional Committee of the Chongqing Hospital Management Committee, and expert database of the Chongqing Center for Clinical Laboratories, and an expert for rating assessment of maternal and child health medical institutions of the Chongqing Health Commission.

Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: Li has been involved in clinical laboratory work for 31 years and focuses on research in clinical biochemistry and infectious diseases. She boasts rich experience in laboratory quality control and quality management and is familiar with laboratory business processes and inspection techniques.

Published works and other projects: She has presided over or participated in seven projects and published more than 20 papers, including five collected by the Science Citation Index (SCI) and eight core ones in the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD).
