Chen is a chief physician who is now deputy director of the Pathology Department. He is currently a member of the Pathological Equipment Branch of the China Association of Medical Equipment, the Pathologist Branch of the Chongqing Medical Doctor Association, and the Tumor Pathophysiology Professional Committee of the Chongqing Anti-Cancer Association.

Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: Chen has been engaged in clinical pathological diagnosis for more than 10 years, has a lot of experience in diagnosis and is skilled at pathological diagnosis of gynecological tumors and breast tumors.

Published works and other projects: Chen is a reviewer of several magazines, including ONCOLOGY LETTERS. He has presided over or participated in three projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two projects at the provincial-ministerial level, and one hospital-level project. He has published nine papers, including six collected by the Science Citation Index (SCI). He has also won the third-place prize of the Chongqing Natural Science Award and the second-place prize of the second Chongqing Young Pathologist Image Recognition Contest.
