Zhang is a chief physician who is currently director of the Chongqing Ultrasound Medical Engineering Association of the Chinese Medical Association; deputy leader of the Prenatal Diagnosis Group of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chongqing Medical Association; and a member of the Women and Children Group of the Ultrasound Medicine Professional Committee of the Chongqing Medical Association. She also serves as a member of the Prenatal Ultrasound Professional Committee of the Chongqing Medical Association; is a member of the Prenatal Ultrasound Quality Control Group of the Chongqing Obstetric Medical Quality Control Center and technical expert team of the Prenatal Ultrasound Ability Improvement Project of the Chongqing Municipal Birth Defect Monitoring Agency; and is a member of the Editorial Board of the "Journal of Clinical Ultrasound in Medicine".

Medical diagnosis, treatment field and expertise: Engaged in ultrasound diagnosis for 26 years, Zhang has rich clinical experience in the ultrasound diagnosis of fetal structural abnormalities, ultrasound diagnosis in obstetrics and gynecology, and contrast-enhanced liver ultrasounds.

Published works and other projects: She has presided over or participated in four major projects and published eight papers, including five core papers collected by the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD). She also participated in compiling Prevention of Birth Defects and Rebirth.
