Chen is a postgraduate supervisor and chief pharmacist, and currently serves as the director of the national and Chongqing clinical pharmacist training bases, the person in charge of the key specialty of clinical pharmacy in Chongqing, and part of the first batch of clinical pharmacist teachers in Chongqing. She is currently a member of the standing committee of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Management Professional Committee of the China Maternal and Child Health Association, a member of the Pharmaceutical Professional Committee of the Chinese Hospital Association, an executive director of the Chongqing Pharmaceutical Association, and a deputy director of the Hospital Pharmacy Professional Committee of the Chongqing Pharmaceutical Association.

Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: Chen specializes in pregnancy preparation, pregnancy, lactation medication, assisted reproduction medication, and clinical application of antibacterial drugs.

Published works and other projects: She has presided over 18 projects at the national, provincial-ministerial, and bureau-director levels, and published more than 40 papers as the primary or corresponding author which are collected by the Science Citation Index (SCI) and the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD). She has also participated in the compilation of five monographs.
