Lyu is a deputy chief pharmacist who has obtained clinical pharmacist and teaching clinical pharmacist qualifications from the National Health Commission at West Hospital of Sichuan University and the Tongji Hospital of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is a teacher at the maternity school at the CQHCWC.

Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: Lyu is skilled at risk assessment and medication guidance during pregnancy and lactation. He is experienced in drug selection and treatment plan adjustment for common diseases during pregnancy, including the rational use of anti-infective drugs, tocolytic drugs, and anti-hypertensive drugs during the period.

Published works and other projects: He has presided over one project at the bureau-director level and participated in or served as a main researcher in five projects at the provincial-ministerial and bureau-director levels. He has published eight academic papers in domestic and foreign journals as the primary or corresponding author.
