Yao is a postgraduate supervisor and deputy chief pharmacist who is a pediatric clinical pharmacist.

Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: Yao is skilled at individualized drug therapy for newborns and children, as well as evaluation of drug safety for children.

Published works and other projects: She has presided over one subject at the provincial-ministerial level and published seven articles as the primary author, among which two have been collected by the Science Citation Index (SCI) and two by the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD). She also participated in the compilation of one book.
