Han is an associate researcher who is currently a staff member of the Reproductive Medicine Center Laboratory of the CQHCWC, the working secretary of the Reproductive Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a standing member of the Pregnancy and Reproductive Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for Improving Birth Outcomes and Child Development, and a young member of the Medical Developmental Biology Committee of the Chinese Society for Anatomical Sciences.

Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: Han is mainly skilled at oocyte cryopreservation, routine in vitro fertilization and evaluation of embryo development quality.

Published works and other projects: He has presided over or participated in as a main researcher in an important project of the knowledge innovation project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a number of projects of the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Chongqing Municipal Health Commission. He has published nearly 15 academic papers in domestic and foreign magazines, for 10 of which he was the primary author. He also participated in the compilation of one monograph and has won a third-place prize of the Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award.
