As a postgraduate supervisor and associate researcher, Han is currently a member of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Monitoring and Evaluation Professional Committee of the China Maternal and Child Health Association, a member of the Female Reproductive Medicine Branch of the China Sexology Association, and a member of the Reproductive Medicine Youth Expert Committee of the Wu Jieping Medical Foundation.

Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: Han's main research focuses are gamete/embryo development, in vitro embryo culture and screening, and laboratory automation/intelligence application research. With rich knowledge of embryology, Han is proficient in various technologies of human assisted reproduction laboratories and is skilled at gamete/embryo micromanipulation (intracytoplasmic sperm injection, embryo biopsy), blastocyst culture, embryo transfer, oocyte assisted activation and other laboratory techniques.

Published works and other projects: He has presided over three projects at the provincial-ministerial level and published several papers, including five collected by the Science Citation Index (SCI). He has also participated in the compilation of four books, one of which he served as an associate editor.
