Li Fang
Vice-president of the CQHCWC, Doctor of Pediatrics, Associate Professor, Postgraduate Tutor
Li is a young and middle-aged medical high-end talent in Chongqing, once a visiting scholar at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark and Augusta University Children's Medical Center in the United States. She currently serves as the deputy director of the Life Support Committee of the Neonatologist Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, a committee member of the Delivery Room Safety and Midwifery Group of the Perinatal Medicine Committee of the Chinese Medical Association, deputy chairwoman of the Hospital Management Committee of the Chongqing Medical Association, among others.
Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: Neonatal jaundice, neonatal infection, bloody neonatal stool, neonatal pneumonia, and other common neonatal diseases; comprehensive treatment of critically ill newborns; comprehensive management of premature infants; follow-up and management of high-risk infants; and common pediatric diseases.
Published works and other projects: Li has presided over six projects either for the National Natural Science Foundation of China or at the provincial-ministerial level and is a key member of the major special projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25). She has published over 10 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author in magazines such as ADVANCED SCIENCE and ARCHIVES OF DISEASE IN CHILDHOOD. FETAL AND NEONATAL EDITION. She has also obtained four utility model patents, written four expert consensus papers, won one second prize in Chongqing Medical Association Progress Award, one third prize in China Maternal and Child Health Science and Technology Award, and compiled three monographs. She cultivated nine postgraduates and participated in the training of two doctoral candidates.
