Zhang is a member of the Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Professional Committee of the Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Association and one of the first certified physicians in the Young Physician Growth Program of the Chongqing Health Statistics Information Center.

Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: She has been treating neonatal diseases for more than 10 years and is good at treating neonatal diseases and critically ill newborns.

Published works and other projects: Zhang has presided over three projects at the provincial-ministerial and the bureau-director levels, participated in several scientific research projects, published more than 10 CSCD papers, and once won the third prize of Medical Science and Technology Award of the Chongqing Medical Association.
