Zeng serves as the Deputy Chief Physician and is a member of the Chongqing Pediatric Surgery Expert Committee.

Zeng specializes in minimally invasive pediatric surgery, particularly laparoscopic procedures for common pediatric surgical conditions. Zeng possesses extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal digestive tract malformations, pediatric acute abdomen, penile deformities, children's burns and scalds, and children's tumors. With a strong commitment to patient care, Zeng aims to save lives through advanced surgical techniques and promote health through compassionate medical attention.

Zeng has actively participated in two scientific research projects and published multiple papers, including two publications in the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD).
