The Pediatric Outpatient Department of Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children (CQHCWC) is located in areas C and D on the first floor of the outpatient department at the Ranjiaba branch, with an annual outpatient volume of about 200,000.
The general pediatric sub-department, specialist outpatient sub-department and nighttime emergency sub-department for children are operated by the department year-round. Its diagnosis and treatment capabilities for asthma and allergies, endocrinology, digestion and nutrition, and pediatric traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are among the best in Chongqing.

Diagnosis and treatment services of the department cover a wide range, including common children's diseases such as bronchitis, pneumonia, diarrhea, gastroenteritis, indigestion, fever illnesses, febrile seizure, hand-foot-and-mouth disease, chickenpox and mumps. The department also handles specialized diseases such as asthma, chronic coughing, allergic diseases, urticaria, eczema, growth retardation, neonatal pathological jaundice, neonatal pneumonia, precocious puberty, pubertal developmental variation, growth hormone deficiency, short stature, childhood obesity and autoimmune thyroid disease.
The department is equipped with advanced diagnosis and treatment equipment such as a lung-function tester, high-frequency nebulization and intermediate-frequency pulse electrotherapy machine, mechanical assisted sputum excretion machine, and electrocardiogram monitor.
Throughout the year, it offers diagnosis and treatment services such as pulmonary function tests, allergen detection, allergy assessment, desensitization treatment, sex hormone and growth hormone provocation test, mechanically assisted sputum excretion, pediatric TCM massage, and TCM physiotherapy.

The Pediatric Outpatient Department of CQHCWC has 48 staff members, including 15 professional clinicians. Neonatal outpatient department: 8 am-noon from Monday to Friday
Digestion/nutrition outpatient department: 8 am-noon, 2-5:30 pm on Wednesday and Friday
Endocrinology outpatient department: 8 am-noon, 2-5:30 pm on Tuesday and Saturday
TCM outpatient department: 8 am-noon, 2-5:30 pm from Monday to Friday
TCM massage: 8 am-noon, 2-5:30 pm from Monday to Sunday
Pulmonary function test and allergen detection: 8 am-5 pm from Monday to Friday, 8 am-noon on weekends
Infusion time: 8 am-9 pm from Monday to Sunday (no skin test drugs after 6 pm)
