Personal resume: He Rong, female, born in May 1976, graduated from Chongqing Medical University with a doctorate in medicine. She started work in 2001 and is now a deputy chief physician. She is a member of the pediatric management committee of the Chongqing Hospital Association, a member of the endocrine genetics and metabolism society of the sixth pediatrics committee of the Chongqing Medical Association, a member of the pediatrician union committee of the Chongqing Maternal and Child Hygiene Association and a member of the association's children's mental disorders group. She is also a member of the first pediatrics committee of the Chongqing Health Promotion and Education Association. She participated in the modern hospital quality management training course hosted by the Institute of Hospital Management of West China Hospital, Sichuan University from September 2018 to April 2019. 

Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: She has dedicated herself to pediatric clinical work for more than two decades and worked for the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University for 18 years. She is proficient in pediatric first-aid, diagnosis and treatment for nervous system disorders in children, respiratory tract infections, digestive tract diseases and anaphylactic diseases. She is especially adept at the treatment of infantile spasms, encephalitis, epilepsy and more.

Published works and other projects: She has presided over one subject at the ministerial and provincial-level, participated in two projects under the National Natural Science Foundation of China and published more than 10 papers, including SCI papers and other works in Chinese language.
