Co-hosted by the Chongqing Medical Doctor Association (CQMDA) and Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children (CQHCWC), a seminar on the critical and challenging points of practical hysteroscopy skills was held from Dec 25 to 26, 2020, alongside the center's seventh training course on practical hysteroscopy skills.
The event attracted onsite participation of more than 200 medics from related departments of medical institutions at all levels in Chongqing and more than 34,000 online participants. The training session held on Dec 25 was carried out through a combination of online and offline formats through simulation training and themed lectures.
The training session had a small class size of 30 medical workers, and the training content covered surgery livestreaming, VR simulated operation and the actual operation of hystero-resectoscope.
Medical workers engaged in the training were divided into different groups to undergo VR simulation exercises and hystero-resectoscope training. They were scored by trainers in real-time to earn qualification certificates.
