Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children (CQHCWC) held a training session on the rating assessment and quality management of maternal and child health (MCH) institutions from Oct 15 to 16.

The event aimed to promote the standardized management and improve the service capacity of Chongqing's MCH institutions at the municipal and county levels.

More than 400 representatives from MCH institutions and member units of the medical treatment partnership system citywide participated.

The training session explored how Party building, management, medical quality control systems and quality management tools, among other areas, relate to the rating assessment for MCH institutions and the continuous improvement of service quality management.

In combination with the interpretation of national policies and the actual needs of Chongqing's MCH institutions, the training session provided clear ideas for participating units to conduct ratings for MCH institutions and the continuous improvement of service quality management through experience exchanges and special lectures.
