In 2020, in order to assist the development of the maternal and child health and family planning service center in Mianning county in Sichuan, the hospital dispatched three experts for half a month to train grass-roots medical personnel, focusing on optimizing the management process and improving service capacity.

Next, CQHCWC plans to receive 12 personnel from the Mianning center who are in need of further education to promote the effective improvement of grass-roots maternal and child health service capacity.

Since 2017, the hospital has issued nearly 2 million yuan to Jinxi town in Chongqing's Qianjiang district, and raised more than 28,000 yuan to carry out various pieces of work in areas like livelihood security, grass-roots organization construction and helping poor families. At present, 14 poor households assisted by the hospital have all been raised above the poverty standard.
