During its "Beautiful Hospital" improvement program, the Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children (CQHCWC) has made major progress.

It has consolidated and developed its own cultural environment in accordance with its existing resources, revised and condensed the core concept of the hospital and promoted its innovation.

The very nature of a hospital culture is the combination and fusion of individuals within a corporate whole.

Through the dynamic interactions of various elements -- including the spiritual, material, institutional and behavioral culture -- a complex network of cultures is formed within the hospital as a whole.
