During the "Beautiful Hospital" improvement program to beautify and improve conditions at the Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children (CQHCWC), its administration decided to prioritize the working environment improvement of its members of staff.

The hospital established a yoga training room, a library, employee psychological consultation rooms, cafes and other facilities, to alleviate the pressures of work on medics and create a good professional environment.
