In order to further promote its environment -- and make things more pleasant for staff members and patients -- the Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children (CQHCWC) has continued to promote work to add green plants and landscape.

The initiative follows the general plan issued in 2018, by Southwest China's Chongqing to improve and beautify its hospitals to make them even more appealing to patients and visitors -- called "Beautiful Hospital".

They said that at the same time, the hospital has set up a clinic to help people to quit smoking, conducted publicity campaign to discourage smoking and advocated a smoke-free hospital.

All these measures were done to beautify the hospital and improve the medical experience of patients.

In addition, the CQHCWC also put together corresponding management regulations, carried out weekly assessments and implemented rewards and punishment measures to create a clean medical environment.
