Ye has been engaged in assisted reproduction clinical medical work for 32 years. She has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by various reasons such as PCOS, endometriosis, and salpingemphraxis.

Ye has been in charge of or participated in nearly 10 research projects and published more than 40 papers, including five ones in journals listed in Science Citation Index (SCI) and 10 in journals included in the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD), and participated in editing of four monographs.
