In order to improve knowledge about children's sleep and raise the treatment level of children with sleep disorders, the Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children held a training course on September 21.

More than 140 physicians from medical institutions of counties and towns in Chongqing attended.

Jiang Chenggang, deputy director of the psychology department of the Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children; Wang Nianrong, director of the child healthcare department; and physician Ye Ya gave lessons at the training course on formation and influence of sleep circadian rhythm in children and common sleep problems of children.

The training course improved the diagnosis and treatment level of grassroots physicians and laid a theoretical foundation for pediatric doctors to offer children's sleep consultation and guidance.
