Personal resume: Li Xuemei, female, born on June 25, 1974, graduated from the Chongqing Medical University with a bachelor's degree in pediatrics. In August 1997, she started working in the Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children. She is currently a deputy chief physician, and a member of the Pediatric Branch of the Chongqing Medical Doctor Association, a member of the Neonatal health expert group of the Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association, and a member of the Pediatrics Committee of the Chongqing Science and Technology Youth Federation. She is a municipal-level teacher for comprehensive management of childhood diseases and neonatal resuscitation in Chongqing. 

Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: She has been engaged in pediatric clinical care and teaching for nearly 20 years, and has extensive experience in the management and diagnosis and treatment of respiratory and neonatal diseases. She is good at the diagnosis and treatment of difficult pediatric and neonatal diseases as well as critical diseases, especially respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic cough.

Published works and other projects: As the person in charge of scientific research, she has undertaken one research project of the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention and one research project of the Municipal Health Commission(formerly the Municipal Health Bureau), and has participated in many scientific research projects of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Municipal Health Commission(formerly the Chongqing Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission). She has published more than 10 papers in national and provincial magazines.
