Zhong Xiaoyun
Personal resume: Chief physician Dr. Zhong Xiaoyun (female) was born in May 1964 and graduated from the Pediatrics School of Chongqing Medical University (MMed) in 1986 and entered service in the same year. Dr. Zhong is a member of the Neonatologist Association of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, a member of the standing committee of Newborn Care Association of China Maternal and Child Health Association, the deputy director of the Neonatologist Association of Chongqing Medical Doctor Association, the deputy director of Association of Integrative Medicine of Chongqing Medical Association, and the deputy head of the Neonatologist Group of the Pediatrics Association of Chongqing Medical Association. Dr. Zhong also serves as an expert in the expert panel of Chongqing's infant mortality reducing and neonatal asphyxia training project.
Medical diagnosis and treatment field and expertise: Dr. Zhong is one of the founders of the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Dr. Zhong has dedicated nearly thirty years of service as a clinical pediatrician to Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children. Dr. Zhong has accumulated practical experience in numerous fields, specializing in critically ill neonates' treatment, nutrition to preterm infants, and follow-up care for high-risk infants.
Published works and other projects: Dr. Zhong is responsible for five provincial and the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission(formerly the Chongqing Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission) level research projects and has written more than thirty research papers.
